We have found that sometimes windows will block the executable download. To Fix: go to Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions > Add Program, and add Asyra PRO
Also, go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Security > (click on) Trusted Sites > Sites and type in https://www.gtechtnt.com then click Add, then type in https://www.asyra.com and click Add.
