Symptom: Readings cease to register and the power button will not respond to switch the machine off, despite holding it in for several seconds. Cause: Most likely due to static build up. Solution: Use the hard-reboot facility that is activated by plugging the power supply (not necessary to connect it to the mains) into the back of the Asyra unit and removing it.
