I see a red message onscreen: 'Attempting to connect to a COM Port'
First, check the driver installation because if your software drivers are not properly installed the system will not be able to find a port. Go to Windows Control Panel… System… Hardware… Device Manager and look for Ports. There should be a USB Serial Port. If there is an item in the list called USB232M with a yellow exclamation mark then this means the drivers are not installed properly. To fix, right click and choose Re-Install Drivers. When prompted, choose the Manual / Advanced option and point the system to look in C:\Asyra Pro\Drivers (or C:\Asyra AT3\Drivers). This process will run twice, once for the Adaptor and once for the port. Full details are in the manual or video help.
Second, check Asyra settings. Make sure that the Asyra is plugged into the USB port it is usually installed in (otherwise you may have to re-install the software drivers). Make sure that the setting on the COM port menu is set to AutoFind.
