"Lost Comport" message keeps coming up.
In this case, there are a few things you can do.
1. Control Panel > Power Options > disable ‘Hibernate’, Turn off the Display ‘Never’, Put the Computer to sleep ‘Never’, Turn off hard discs ‘Never’; for both “On Battery” & “Plugged in” options.
2. Disable the Wifi after opening Asyra software; usually FN-F8 keys, then turn back on after closing software.
3. Make sure they have the Optional update from Microsoft: Hardware > FTDI Drivers.
4. Make sure they have all the latest Microsoft updates.
